1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Iceberg Airconditioning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Iceberg Airconditioning provides installation, repair, and maintenance services for air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems. All services are performed by trained technicians in the Demerara region of Guyana.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Service bookings are subject to availability. You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due upon completion of service unless arranged otherwise. We accept cash and electronic payments.
5. Warranty
Installation work is covered by a warranty period specified in your service agreement. Warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
Iceberg Airconditioning's liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
